Our interim pastor, Rev. Edward Mahan Archer,  is a retired district superintendent married to Laura Pearce Archer. He and Laura have two adult children and three grandchildren, Mahto Browder and Kayla Browder who live in Johnson City, TN, and Miles Archer who lives in Atlanta, GA. Mahan was born August 31, 1941 and grew up in Jellico, TN, and Norris, TN. Rev Archer has served churches throughout the Holston Conference during his career.



 Music Department

Warren Clark is our Music Director. Raised and educated in Chattanooga, Warren and family attended Brainerd United Methodist Church during his formative years. Matriculating at UT Knoxville, he earned a BA degree in Music cum laude in 1980. He has been a professional musician and arranger in settings from University of Tennessee to Hollywood to Carnegie Hall. We are delighted that he is now sharing his talents with Trinity.

Walter Hines
 has been Organist at Trinity for 40 years.  Trinity has always been his family church; and Walter has helped maintain its historical integrity.   Walter retired as social studies teacher at Lenoir City Middle School.  

Our pianist, Jennifer Gibson, and her husband, David, reside in Kingston.
 Jennifer comes to us from another church in this area.


Youth & Children

Trinity is current seeking a part-time director for children and youth. Contact the church office for more information.




Stephanie Massey is the Administrative Assistant.  She works in the church office 5 days a week from  8:30 am to 12:30.  She and her family live in Lenoir City and have 4 children.

Gaylon McDaniel
is the Building and Grounds Caretaker.  Gaylon lives across the street in a previous Trinity church parsonage. He is also groundskeeper at Executive Meadows, and has taught Sunday School classes at Trinity.
